These terms govern UrbanDream B2B product information, shared 3D review, consultation rooms, draft quotations, and reviewed payment guidance.

UrbanDream verified its public seller information and contact details on July 29, 2026. These policies reflect the current operating model. Automated checkout remains locked until the owner completes the final payment-policy review and provider checkout, webhook, cancellation, and refund workflows pass testing.
1. Service scope
UrbanDream provides company and product information, product images, selected 3D Viewer experiences, private consultation rooms, quotation workflows, and staff-reviewed payment guidance.
The first production-ready public Viewer model is an UrbanDream wood magnet. Other product categories are currently reviewed through images, concise specifications, samples, and consultation.
A displayed product, draft quote, or visual preview does not by itself confirm stock, production, delivery, or an order.
2. Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate sign-in and contact information and must not share access to a private consultation room with an unauthorized person.
UrbanDream may restrict access where misuse, unauthorized access, spam, security threats, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Staff and administrative areas require separate authorization and are not public buyer services.
3. Consultation messages and files
Uploaded files must be necessary for the consultation and must not contain malware, executable content, unlawful material, or rights-infringing material.
The sender is responsible for having the authority to use customer logos, photographs, artwork, and other submitted materials.
Messages and files may be retained as transaction, quotation, approval, or dispute evidence under the Privacy Policy.
4. 3D Viewer and previews
The 3D Viewer and images are consultation visuals intended to improve product understanding.
Actual products may differ because of material, print, wood color, layer depth, lighting, camera, display, or production variation.
Final production specifications are confirmed by the accepted quotation, approved artwork, sample, or another agreed document.
5. Quotations and order formation
A draft quotation is not a confirmed order or contract.
After buyer acceptance, UrbanDream may still need to confirm inventory, production feasibility, delivery, payment, and internal approval.
Payment instructions are released only through a consultation room or another official channel after staff review.
6. Intellectual property
UrbanDream product images, 3D models, design assets, site structure, copy, and data belong to UrbanDream or their lawful rights holders.
Customer designs, logos, and brand assets remain subject to the customer's rights and are not added to a public catalog without separate permission.
UrbanDream may review, convert, and create mockups from submitted material only to the extent reasonably required for consultation and quotation.
7. Changes and interruption
UrbanDream may change features or policies for quality, security, legal compliance, or operational needs.
A material or adverse change will normally be announced at least 7 days before it takes effect, and a substantial change to user rights at least 30 days before, through the site, consultation room, or email. Urgent security or legal action may be announced promptly after implementation.
8. Account withdrawal and termination
A member may request account withdrawal through customer service or the privacy contact.
Withdrawal ends sign-in and new consultation access. Records required by law or for an active transaction or dispute may be retained separately under the Privacy Policy.
Account withdrawal does not automatically cancel an active quotation, payment, or production contract; the applicable cancellation and refund process still applies.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and domestic transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting terms.

If a dispute is not resolved by agreement, jurisdiction follows applicable law and Korean civil procedure. A separately agreed governing-law, arbitration, or jurisdiction term may apply to an international B2B contract.
10. Effective date
These terms take effect on July 29, 2026.
Automated-payment terms apply only after the payment-provider agreement, tests, and buyer disclosures for that feature are complete.
